  • Personal hygiene or intimate products.
  • Candles, religious images, or other products that have been lit, used, or damaged after purchase.
  • Gift cards or certificates.

Return Requirements

To complete your return, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase..

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable..


Exchanges

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned product.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please ship it to:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
