🚚 Delivery Methods
We offer two options:
1. In-Store Pickup
- Available at no additional cost
- The customer will be notified when the order is ready
- Preparation time: 24 to 48 hours
⚠️ ⚠️ Orders with this option do NOT include shipping and must be picked up at our physical store.
2. Home Delivery
- Available within the United States
- Shipped via courier services (USPS or other providers)

⏱️ Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
📍 Estimated Delivery Times
- Local Delivery: 1 to 3 business days
- National Delivery: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and the logistics provider.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
❗ Shipping Issues
Orunmila Ladé is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping company
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
📬 Incorrect information
If the customer provides an incorrect address:
- The client will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs
